As a small business owner with a young family living in Oakville, I am committed to contributing back to my community. Although resources can be scarce when starting up a business, I realized that my best opportunity to generate funds for the United Way is to offer services where I can donate proceeds directly from the packages I deliver.

The Executive Team
Assessment Session utilizes the PROFILEXT® or EQ-i 2.0 on-line assessment to
deliver both individual insights as well as create a consistent language and
metrics to accelerate your team’s performance and build culture. The Executive Team Assessment Session is
comprised of a 30 minute executive team brief, the on-line assessment for five
team members*, a 60 minute debrief for each person and two 60 minute team
coaching follow up sessions. Sessions to

intelligence assessment in research. The
